SHIPPING
General
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the state of Virginia via FedEx Ground (Standard Shipping) or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
International orders are normally shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail Express International and UPS Express Saver.
Orders are processed 24/7 and shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding US federal holidays. No orders are shipped on Sundays.
Orders must be placed and paid before 5 p.m. EST to be processed the same day.
Shipping Options
You can choose different shipping methods at checkout:
Standard Shipping (1-5 Business Days)
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are delivered within 1-5 business days to the the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia. Delivery to the states of Alaska and Hawaii takes 6-7 business days.
Orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday – Friday, except major holidays).
Expedited Shipping (2 Business Days)
Orders shipped via Expedited Shipping are delivered within 1-2 business days. The cut-off time for expedited shipping is 7 p.m. EST.
Orders are shipped and delivered on business days and Saturdays (Monday – Saturday, except major holidays).
Overnight Shipping (Next Day Air)
Orders shipped via Overnight Shipping are delivered within 1 business day. The cut-off time for overnight shipping is 7 p.m. EST.
For extremely urgent orders Early AM Delivery can be selected to receive your order by 10:30 a.m. the following business day.

RETURNS
90 DAYS WARRANTY
All our products are covered by 90 days warranty. If you want to return please make sure you contact us within 90 days after receiving the item.
IMPORTANT!
Before starting any return process via eBay please contact us first to receive an RMA number.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returns are accepted within 90 days after receiving.
Contact us first to receive an RMA number. You cannot ship the item back without an RMA number.
Item must be in its original condition. All Factory Sealed items must be unopened.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back.
15% restocking fee will be applied to any return due to customer error.
No returns for products that are sold as “for parts/repair”.
