Good communication is key, essential to helping you build a great website. As long as you know how to use email, I will try to work with you. However, I do not speak any other languages so, I ask that, even if you aren’t great at it, that you communicate with me in that language. If you have any questions about how something works, or aren’t sure about something I offer, please ask. I’m open to questions, or requests for different things. If I don’t know how to do it, I will learn. If something happens and I can’t work on your website, but you’ve already paid, you will get a
full
refund.
How will Business communication be conducted?
As I do not have a business phone line, phone calls will not work for me. So, all of our communication will be done through email.
How much time will you need to complete the project?
The amount of time that I need in order to comoplete your code depends on what you need. Simple* designs will take anywhere from 1 to 3 days. For estimated time frames of other types of designs, see the Optional Services Section.

Need updates?
If you need status updates on your order, you are always free to request them. I will set up your code on a “test site” for you to view and check the functionality. If you aren’t happy with something in the layout, you may always request changes while I am still working. Once I have finished your code, and sent it to you, changes to it will cost extra.
Your obligations, and what you need to know
» You will need to know how to use email.
» You will need to send me any text or photos for your website by email.
» You will need to pick your websites colors — anything you want.
» You will need to communicate what you want as effectively as possible for you. If you have to send me other websites as examples, that’s fine.
» You will need to tell me what kind of layout you would like. I can code both div and table layouts, however, table layouts increase the price by $5.
These services are not provided:
I don’t code eCommerce carts, or store fronts. I
can
do up to 6 paypal links, however. I don’t provide Flash intros, but I can install it if you already have one. I won’t code for “hate” websites, or websites with illicit or illegal content. I don’t do anything with Google Ad Words, other types of adbots or websites that only provide links for ad revenue purposes. This offer is for legitimate personal or business websites for people and companies that need a good, dependable website. Sorry, I only speak English and can only provide websites using the English language.
Optional Services
Free Webhosting for three months
That’s right, free web hosting for the site I design for you for three months! After the 3 months, you’ll be billed $3 for every additional month of service. The free web hosting, and web hosting I offer includes: No Ads on your website, your own subdomain (you.nefaerious.com), and the option of full management at a reduced rate. We can also host your domain for you if you already have one!
Full management
For those who are not familiar with code, and would prefer to keep away from it, I offer full management of the website. What this means is that, I will update and maintain your website for you. This comes at an additional fee of $10 every time you need me to update things outside of simple text updates. Or a one time fee of $100.
If you are hosted with me, you pay $5 every time you need me to update something outside of simple text updates. Or, you can pay a one time fee of $80.
Your own Domain
Don’t want to register your own domain? That’s fine, I can do it for you! If you want a personalized domain, all you have to do is email me and I’ll register it for you, all you have to do is pay $10 to $11 dollars for it every year to keep it active. If you ever want to move from my hosting, or want your domain to be owned by you instead of me, I can transfer your domain to you at any time. However, to do this, I have to sell it back to you. I will
never
charge you more than you paid for your domain. And, if I do, it will only be $2 over your purchase price.
That is my garuntee.
Other Layout types and options
HTML5
HTML5 designs will add $20 to the price of a 1 to 2 page layout.
Responsive
Responsive designs will add $40 to the price of a 1 to 2 page layout.
Forms
Want forms on your website for your visitors to contact you, or for any other purpose? Forms add $15 to the price of a 1 to 2 page layout.
Additional Pages & Forms
Any additional pages to your website after the initially purchase 1 to 2 will add $15 for simple HTML and CSS
