Vintage Thumbelina Doll-18" Wooden Knob Ideal-1960"s-Works

Description

This is an 18″ Thumbelina, circa 1960. She is in very nice condition, but does need to be cleaned. The vinyl and cloth body is dirty. She does not have any tears or breaks.
Overall
good condition for her age.
She has a large, pink, wooden knob and does work.
There is an original tee shirt which is very stained. She also has a slip and panties but I do not know if they are original. She has a sleeper that was made for her in the 80″s.
